Note

• Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, New Year etc.)
• Similar Hotels will be provided in case selected hotel is Sold Out/Closed or unavailable due to service factors.

Confirmation

• For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking Voucher (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).
• Advance can be paid through NE FT, cash deposit,  to our account which will be provided to you.
• Our website accepts all major credit and debit card where there will be an additional 2.5% card Charge.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons Snow Way Holiday must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follow:

  • 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour cost
  • 35 days prior to arrival: 40% of the Tour cost
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour cost
  • 10 days prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
  • There is no cancellation for the orders / bookings made for the same day delivery.
  • No Cancellation on Group Tours.

Important Note

  • Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)
  • Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon.(Early check in is subject to availability)
  • We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  • We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
  • Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.
